About · Olusola S. Adeaga

Where cinema
meets code.

I'm a Creative Technologist and filmmaker. I've spent my career shaping stories in light — and now I shape them in code.

Portrait of Olusola S. Adeaga

For more than three decades, I have worked across the creative arts in many forms — expressing them in both digital and print. As a director, cinematographer, colorist and VFX supervisor, I built worlds frame by frame — work that reached audiences through platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. I learned to think in light, rhythm and emotion, and to hold a single vision across every department until it reached the screen.

My path here was never a straight line. Born in Ibadan, Nigeria, I studied Economics, trained in missions with Youth With A Mission in Ghana, then learned filmmaking hands-on through Communication and Digital Video Production at Media Village, Jos, Nigeria. Every turn added a lens — and taught me that story is the thing that ties them all together.

Today that same instinct runs through technology. I build interactive and generative experiences — art that responds, interfaces with a point of view, code that moves the way a good edit does. The tools changed; the goal never did: make an audience feel something.

I'm also an author. My novel “The Blind Angel” is that same storytelling drive in another form — for me, narrative isn't a department, it's the throughline across every medium.

Off screen, I'm a husband and a father of three, grounded by my faith — the same care I bring to the people I create for.

One instinct, three mediums

Film · Code · Story

Film

Directing, cinematography, color and VFX. I think in light, movement and emotion — and carry one vision from first frame to final cut.

Code

Generative art, real-time interaction and creative engineering, built with a filmmaker's eye rather than a template.

Story

A published novelist. Whatever the medium — screen, page or screen you can touch — the story always leads.

The best way to know my work is to see it.

Every craft I work in has its own room — the reel, the looks, and the proof.
